Speculative design, concept development
L.K. Bennett were a long-time customer of my previous employer. In exploring new work with them we put forward some speculative designs for their consideration.
L.K. Bennett wished to avoid the average online shop look and be more strongly brand focused, and maximise the impact of their product and lifestyle photography.
My response was to explore a very clean user interface, minimising distractions from all the usual e-commerce furniture and instead focus on their strong imagery couple with some elegant typography and plenty of white space.
